We want you to love your Mimi & Lula accessories, but if you change your mind, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the accessories in their original branded packaging and secure them in a sturdy mailing box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
