What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.

Are your hair accessories suitable for all ages?

Our collections are designed primarily for children aged 3 and up. Due to small parts, they are not suitable for children under 36 months as they may pose a choking hazard.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
